The goal of ST has always been to help at-risk, high-need communities use the arts to identify their strengths and build an infrastructure to improve their effectiveness. Each activity is tailored to the community’s needs, involving collaborators and community groups from the beginning and using the arts as the foundation for sustainable growth.
